Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Options: We offer various shipping options, including:
a. Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
b. Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)


International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Customs fees, import taxes, and other charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website.


Delivery Issues: If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as a lost or damaged package, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

At The Island Weekend, we want you to love your purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with your items, our returns and exchange policy makes it easy for you to receive a store credit for eligible products.

Return Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.


Non-Returnable Items: Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
a. Gift cards
b. Final sale items
c. Personalized or customized products
d. Intimate apparel, swimwear, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

 

Initiating a Return or Exchange: To start the return or exchange process, please contact our customer support team with your order number, product details, and the reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return address and return shipping instructions.


Shipping Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a store credit will be issued within 7 business days. The store credit will be equal to the purchase price of the returned item(s) and will not include any shipping fees.


Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired replacement item. You will receive a store credit for the returned item, which can be applied towards your new purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and replace the item as quickly as possible.
